Let Epps HVAC Company perform a comprehensive examination of the heating and cooling system (or systems) in the home you want to purchase. Epps HVAC Company will provide a detailed report including pictures to out client to shed some light on issues that may sneak by a home inspector. Home inspectors only turn the system on and perform infared temperature tests of the air leaving the vents. Epps HVAC Company will open up the equipment and give our clients the full story of what they are purchasing. Along with detailed recommendations and pricing on any recommended repairs, our clients can feel confident when they partner with Epps HVAC Company. Inspection does not include any cleaning of the equipment components. Cleanings will be recommended as part of the report as needed. This inspection covers BOTH the heating and cooling sides of and HVAC system, any HVAC accessories installed on the unit and the entire accessible duct system in the home.
